My name is Kyle Compare, I am a current Masters Student of Geology at Florida State University with a focus on hydrogeology.  I am researching groundwater seepage into geographically isolated wetlands and the role that they play in removing nitrates in the Apalachicola National Forest.

I am an Eagle Scout, avid hiker and camper, love the National Parks, and was once described as a "true renaissance man" in a letter of recommendation that I used for my college applications.

I have aspirations to work for the Department of the Interior, specifically with the US Geological Survey or Forestry Service, so wish me luck as I hope to graduate soon.  For more details, check out my CV Page.
